Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.<\/p>\n<p>Items returned without prior approval, or items that do not meet the conditions above, may be refused or may receive a reduced refund where permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n<h2>Personalised products<\/h2>\n<p>Items personalised with a customer\u2019s name or number may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where applicable law permits this exception. This does not affect any mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
