Change-of-mind returns

You may contact us within 15 calendar days after delivery to request a return, provided that the item is:

  • unworn;
  • unwashed;
  • undamaged; and
  • returned with all original tags attached.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Items returned without prior approval, or items that do not meet the conditions above, may be refused or may receive a reduced refund where permitted by applicable law.

Personalised products

Items personalised with a customer’s name or number may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where applicable law permits this exception. This does not affect any mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank.
